During the year 2021, an engineer was coding the software that controls fabricating robots at Tesla’s Austin, Texas, plant when something went wrong.Two of the robots, which trim car parts from newly molded items of aluminium, were impaired so the engineer and his teammates could securely work on the machines. Another robot, which snatched and moved the auto components, was accidentally left functional, according to witnesses. As that robot followed its regular procedure, it firmly pushed the engineer against a surface, shoving its claws into his body and drawing blood from his back and his arms, the two individuals mentioned.

After another worker pressed the emergency stop button, the engineer manipulated his way out of the robot’s grip, dropping a few feet down a slide designed to gather scrap aluminium and leaving bloodstain trail behind him one of the witnesses said.
